Ilios &Irini reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice.
Reservation Amendment
You can amend your confirmed hotel reservations via the on-line Reservation Status, or inform us via "Contact Us" subject to the following conditions:
1. For reservation amendments submitted more than 4 working days before arrival, there will be no amendment charge. If the new room rate is higher, the difference will be charged to your supplied credit card account. In case the new room rate is lower, we shall credit the difference back to your credit card account.
2. For reservation amendments submitted less than 4 working days before arrival, a amendment charge equals to the room rate of the first night per room booked of your reservation period may be imposed, or 3% of one hotel room night charges will be charged for administration and service charges.

Reservation Cancellation and Refund
You can cancel part or all your confirmed hotel reservation order by sending us a Contact Us form via "Contact Us" subject to the following conditions:
1. For reservations cancelled more than 4 working days before arrival, there will be a charge of 20 Euro for administration fee.
(Except for hotel reservation which require guarantee booking.)
2. For reservations cancelled less than 4 working days before arrival or no show, a cancellation charge equals to the room rate of the first night per room booked of your hotel reservation up to the full amount of the order may be imposed. The balance will be credited back to your credit card account.

Hotel Full
We cannot guarantee the availability of hotel rooms of your reservation order at the time of your order submission. Under the circumstances that the hotel you want to reserve is full, we shall notify you via e-mail to advise you to change to another hotel. Your credit card will not be charged until you accept the alternate hotel reservation.

Responsibilities and Conditions
Travel net Ltd is acting as the agent in the hotel reservation and accommodation arrangements, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travel net will be subjected to the terms and conditions of the specific hotel. Hotels are independent operators and are not employees or agents of Travel net. In using this services, Travel net is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of hotel,or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
